Eyefinity(R) EHR users should install the "Eyefinity EHR" app. The training app cannot be used to access your practice data or production environments.

The Eyefinity EHR Training app lets you access a sandbox environment, where you can familiarize yourself with updates, test new features, and offer feedback on changes-all in a risk-free setting that won’t impact your actual practice data.

Please note that use of this app requires a subscription to Eyefinity EHR, an optometric web application service available from Eyefinity.

Version History This optional update squishes bugs and improves performance. 7.15.7 Oct 9 This optional update fixes an issue related to iPadOS 27 in which the print button stopped responding after the first print job. 7.15.6 Oct 2 This optional update fixes some user interface elements to reduce conflicts with Apple's Liquid Glass design and version iOS 27 and fixes the following issues:
• Upon navigating to the IOP section of pretesting, the IOP entry form automatically opens when no IOP has been recorded for the visit. In other words, we removed the extra tap.
• The Axis fields now highlighting with a calculated value for spectacle prescription imports. Previously, the calcualted value failed to appear below the field.
• The plus sign once again renders for positive sphere and cylinder values.
• Code column on the billing card displays on one line and no loger wraps to a second line. 7.15.5 Sep 29 This update includes minor bug fixes and performance improvements. 7.15.4 Sep 11 This hotfix addresses the following errors:
• The Order Scheduled window with an Acknowledge button now displays when providers apply previous findings or protocols that include orders for tests.
• Multiple lines of text entered on Visit Overview screens and Note Outputs now all align with the left side of the text field area. Previously, some lines were offset a few spaces to the right. 7.15.3 Sep 4 This optional update corrects the following issue and update:

- When documenting IOPs, the Recorded By field now defaults to the current user documenting the measurement and the drop-down list displays all valid clinical users without truncating alphabetically. Previously, the field defaulted to the provider listed for the visit and the drop-down list truncated alphabetically, making it more difficult and time-consuming for users to locate their names and select them.

- We updated the way medications are rendered within the pre-visit summary to help you quickly assess a patient's current medication list. 7.15.2 Aug 28 This optional update contains minor bug fixes and performance improvements. 7.15.1 Aug 21 In this version, you'll enjoy the following new benefits and features:
• Skip manual calculations when evaluating glaucoma patients. Eyefinity Encompass now automatically calculates adjusted IOP based on pachymetry readings, reducing cognitive load during patient care.
• See adjusted IOP wherever you need it. Adjusted IOP values now appear in several places throughout the EHR, making it easier to monitor glaucoma patients without hunting for information across multiple screens.
• Save more than a dozen taps when creating soft contact lens prescriptions. Use a patient's manifest or final eyeglass prescription as the starting point for a soft contact lens prescription instead of manually re-entering sphere, cylinder, and axis values from scratch.
• Automatically apply vertex distance adjustments during contact lens fitting. The EHR now performs vertex calculations, rounds to the nearest available product power, and identifies the closest available lens option, reducing the need for manual calculations. 7.15.0 Aug 14 This optional release contains minor bug fixes and performance improvements. 7.14.9 Aug 11 This optional update includes bug fixes and performance improvements. 7.14.8 Jul 24 In this version, we made the following changes:

• Expanded Patient Attachment search criteria to include attachments that aren't linked to a visit in search results 7.14.7 Jul 14 This version contains multiple updates and performance improvements for EncompassScribe, including the following items:
• Replacing a previously existing procedure with a new one now deletes the previous procedure
• Image interpretation now only applies a diagnosis type, where previously it duplicated that information as an associated diagnosis
• The information box describing conflicting information during reconciliation is no present again under Impressions and Plans
• Earliest fill dates for prescriptions originally prescribed before reconciliation occurs now automatically update to today's date 7.14.6 Jun 26 This update includes bug fixes and performance improvements. 7.14.5 Jun 16 This update resolves the following items:
• An issue that occurred within Patient Attachments that caused the app to crash when users scrolled through images
